Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

• Client data: billing details and account access information you share to deliver our services.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and strictly necessary cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your enquiry — pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Contract and billing records are kept for the period required by law (generally 6 years in Spain). Data is then deleted or anonymised.

5. Sharing and transfers

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors (hosting, email, payments) under data processing agreements. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses / the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
