These terms govern your use of ventopalop.store and the services provided by Vento SEO, Avenida Perez Galdos 45, 46018 Valencia, Spain. By ordering a service you accept these terms.

1. Services

We provide SEO, social media promotion, website promotion and YouTube channel growth. The scope, deliverables and price of each order are set out in the selected plan or a written proposal.

2. No guaranteed results

Rankings, traffic, followers and views depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We work with professional care but cannot guarantee specific results. We only use methods that comply with each platform's rules and never sell fake accounts or bot engagement.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per month. Applicable VAT is added where required by law. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information and the access we need to perform the work.
• Ensure that content you supply does not infringe third-party rights or law.
• Comply with the terms of the platforms where your channels are hosted.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and withdrawal rights are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Website content belongs to Vento SEO. Deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you once paid in full.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may bring claims in their local courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
