Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of the day it was concluded, without giving a reason.

If you ask us to start work during the 14-day period, you will pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided up to the moment you tell us you are withdrawing. If the service has been fully performed with your express consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal is lost.

2. How to withdraw

Send a clear statement (for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following service…") with your name and order date to info@ventopalop.store or by post to Avenida Perez Galdos 45, 46018 Valencia, Spain.

3. Refunds

We refund all eligible payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method, at no extra cost to you.

4. Cancelling a monthly plan

After the withdrawal period you can cancel any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; you will not be charged again. Fees for months already started are not refundable, except where the service was not provided as agreed.

5. Faulty services

If a service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, contact us and we will redo the work or give a full or partial refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Business clients

The statutory withdrawal right applies to consumers only. Business clients may cancel monthly plans as described in section 4.
